Bitachon Patrol — Privacy Policy
Last updated: 9 July 2026
Bitachon Patrol is an internal workforce application operated by Bitachon Security (London, United Kingdom) for its security officers and managers. Accounts are created by the employer; the app is not intended for the general public.
What we collect
- Account data — name, work email, phone number, and role, entered by your employer when creating your account.
- Location — recorded when you check in or out of a site, when you scan a patrol checkpoint, and periodically while you are checked in to a shift, including in the background, so the control room can see patrol coverage in real time. Location tracking stops automatically at check-out and is never collected off shift.
- Camera — used only to scan checkpoint QR codes and to attach photos you take to incident reports. No imagery is collected automatically.
- Operational records — shift times, breaks, patrol rounds, checkpoint scans, and incident reports you submit.
How it is used
Data is used solely for workforce management: attendance, patrol verification, incident documentation, and live operational awareness for dispatch. We do not sell personal data, show advertising, or share data with third parties beyond the infrastructure providers below.
Where it is stored
Data is stored with Supabase (managed Postgres database and file storage) and served via Cloudflare. Access is restricted by role: officers see their own records; managers of Bitachon Security see operational records of their workforce.
Retention & your rights
Records are retained for the duration of your employment and any legally required period thereafter. To access, correct, or erase your data, contact your manager or email info@bitachonsecurity.com.
